Listening in

The first to arrive and sample the sounds were a group of Wild Roots volunteers and friends in the community all keen to have a listen in. It all started with a junk orchestra, honed and tuned and conducted by Beccy…

After finding their way around the garden and playing it a tune the group split in 3 and went to listen to the soil and write poems and make clay creatures; roam the garden collecting sounds to draw sound scores; listen to the pond and create creatures of the deep. The creations manifested from underneath through the sounds to paper or clay
